Snowboards is a series of limited edition products exhibited in Gallery i8, Reykjavik in 2006.  The snowboards and helmets were produced by Elan-Colorsurf System in Austria and printed with sublimation and silkscreen printing. 

The project illustrates an example of contemporary graphic design, the concept of limited edition branding and the cross over between the fields of sports, design, fashion and art. 

The project presents the Grinning ghost, one of Ólína's best known characters, along with a diversity of other types from her ever growing menagerie.  The graphics vary from flat monochromes to graded explosions of colour.
