S.m.a.k. Iceland is a jewellery brand established by Karín Ólína and Michael Young in collaboration with producer Snorri Sigurdsson in Iceland. From 1998-2001, Katrín Ólína and Young jointly built the brand's identity and product collection by commissioning the work of young European designers. These talents including the Bouroullec brothers, Ineke Hans, Richard Hutten, and Matali Crasset, are some of the best known industrial designers in the world today.
